About Me

eg3a0123done

I am an educator, relationship coach, and licensed therapist in Ohio.

Hi, I’m Michelle — the founder of Someday is Here Coaching.

Hi, I’m Michelle.

I work with individuals in long-term relationships who feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck — especially those who are doing the emotional work and quietly wondering if things can change.

I know how heavy it can feel to love someone deeply and still feel lonely, frustrated, or worn down. To keep showing up, hoping things will shift, while carrying the unspoken weight of “something isn’t working.” Many of the people I work with aren’t in crisis — they’re just tired of waiting for someday to arrive.

Why this work matters to me

I’ve spent years walking alongside individuals and couples through seasons of change, challenge, and growth. What I’ve learned — both professionally and personally — is that insight alone isn’t enough. People need clarity, practical tools, and support that feels human, not clinical.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we’ve been together for over 25 years. Like any long-term relationship, ours has evolved through different seasons, transitions, and hard conversations. That lived experience shapes how I approach this work — with compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for how complex relationships really are.

My approach

My background in mental health informs my coaching, but this is coaching, not therapy.

That means our work focuses on:

  • Understanding present-day patterns

  • Improving communication and emotional awareness

  • Creating forward movement and intentional change

  • Learning tools you can use in real life, not just in sessions

I don’t believe in fixing people or assigning blame. I believe in helping you understand what’s happening, clarify what you want, and take steps that feel possible — even when things feel messy or uncertain.

Many clients start individually. Some later invite their partner into the process. We move at a pace that makes sense for you.

A bit about my background

I’m an Independently Licensed Social Worker and therapist in Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Master of Social Work. My clinical training allows me to bring depth, attunement, and ethical care into coaching while staying firmly future-focused and action-oriented.

If therapy is a better fit, I’ll be honest with you. Your wellbeing always comes first.

What it’s like to work with me

Clients often describe my style as supportive, grounding, and direct in a way that feels safe. I’m affirming, inclusive, and deeply committed to creating a space where you can be honest without judgment.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to help you hear yourself more clearly and move toward the life and relationships you want.

An invitation

If any of this feels familiar, I’d love to connect.

A free 20-minute consultation is simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit — no pressure, no obligation.

Because someday doesn’t have to wait.

It can start today.
